The project was born from a shared passion for gastronomy, hospitality, and thoughtful design. Created in Cuernavaca by a multidisciplinary team, each member brought their expertise to shape a concept with a unique personality.

Its identity has earned national recognition, but Brutto is much more than an image. It is an experience that brings atmosphere, cuisine, and mixology together in one place, with every detail carefully considered to create moments worth enjoying and remembering.
